Come along and check out the first release in London Fields Brewery’s Bootlegger Series at The Longroom Pub, 18-20 St. John’s Street, Smithfields, London. EC1M 4AY on Thursday 17th October 2013.

I was the art director for the design of the pump clip by illustrator Matt Glasby.

Beer Description:
Weizen Doppelbock: 7.5% : Traditional German strong beer brewed as a dark wheat beer. Flavour profile chocolate, balanced body warming alcohol, winter warming, sweet, esotery, cloves, hopped with German and Czech fine hop bitterness. Aged in oak chips.

PYREX VISION Spring/Summer 2013 “Youth Always Wins” Collection

My cousin has launched a brand, Pyrex Vision. He is a man of many talents, known as the creative director of DONDA, the style adviser of Kanye West and co-owner of Chicago lifestyle boutique RSVP Gallery, Virgil Abloh is slowly but steadily also adding the designer title to his long list of occupations.

His brand PYREX VISION has released a video lookbook for its sophomore collection for Spring/Summer 2013, entitled “Youth Always Wins”. Check it out…

It’s all based of his high school experience. Pusha-T drug raps. Champion gym uniforms. Caravaggio obsession. Micheal Jordan as God. Kurt cobain felt the most real. Black kid with white tendencies.

That juxtaposition.

Being self-taught was the extent of his art education. Added help from living and breathing youth street skate culture combined with living in Rome and Paris.

YOUTH WINS GAMES no matter the sport. Pavement. Concrete.

A weekend backstage in collaboration with the Placement Boutique at Lovebox Festival 2011 in Victoria Park, East London promoting for both Stussy & Incase. The brands attracted a whole host of performers, including Snoop Dogg, Warren G & the Dogg Pound, Blondie, Beth Ditto, Ed Sheeran, Example, Flying Lotus and Ms Dynamite. All Stussy & Incase artwork, banners and promotional materials were designed by Idun Design.

A quick invite I whipped up for Alife.

Founded in 1999, ALIFE is a New York City-based, multi-tasking, multi-faceted lifestyle driven company. ALIFE is well known for its curatorial work, creative direction and production of editorial content for books and magazines, art shows, retail concepts, top-tier branded collaborations, and live music events. In addition to ALIFE flagship retail, Alife operates the ALIFE RIVINGTON CLUB, or A.R.C., widely recognized by consumers, press and industry as the worlds premiere sneaker boutique.

One Trick Pony – It’s Grim Up North Exhibition [Video!] @ Reebok Lounge, London, UK. As part of the One Trick Pony collective we launched a collaborative T-Shirt with legendary street-wear brand, Stussy and I was fortunate to play a large part in this event, including organisational & promotional work and design work for the press boards, alongside exhibiting some of my own pieces. This event was sponsored by Tiger Beer & Relentless energy drinks and was a roaring success, the ‘Its Grim Up North’ T-Shirts sold out within 24hrs! Check out the video and gallery…
