Footballer’s Blueprint is a London-based football academy aimed at the sons of the wealthy elite from the Middle East, USA and Far East Asia. The boys would spend 4 weeks during summer living in London in 4-star accommodation, whilst being coached by professionals at Queens Park Ranger’s training facilities. The startup approached me to define their brand’s identity from scratch and they required it to have a luxury and elite feel, whilst still appealing to a younger audience.
The bespoke logomark features a ball with the company’s initials running through it. The letter ‘F’ is reversed for symmetry with the letter ‘B’ and the wordmark features a strong, traditional typeface that is often associated with luxury brands. The use of gold and silver in the colour palette adds a touch of heritage to the brand, which also featured saturated photography for contrast.
