What data we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation name (if given), project details, and how you heard about Idun Design. No other personal data is collected automatically by this website.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use any third-party analytics platforms on this website.

How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up regarding a potential engagement. Your data is not used for marketing, is not shared with third parties, and is not added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

How contact form data is processed

This website uses Formspree to process contact form submissions. Formspree is a GDPR-compliant form backend. Submitted data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email address. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to its handling of that data.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as is necessary to manage the correspondence. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of the last communication.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@idundesign.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
